I forgot my password / username. How do I log in?

If you forgot your password, go to “MEMBERSHIP” Profile & Password”. There is a link to reset your password and username.

 

How can I change my account information?

Go to “MEMBERSHIP” and sign in. You can change your account information from “CUSTOMER INFO”.

 

What happens in case of returns?

You may return any new and unused product to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Contact customer service for details.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on most orders $50 and up. For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment. We do not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses.

Drop shipments direct from the manufacturer will have shipping fees. Please be sure to note the amount in the item description.

 

 How often can I place orders?

As long as you have a valid verification code, you can place an order. You have 90 days to place an order after your date of travel.

 

Does my place of residence have to be in the United States?

No, your billing address can be abroad. However, delivery can only be made to addresses in United States.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars.
