How To Order

To add items to your Shopping Cart simply click “ADD TO CART”

To remove an item, click “MY CART”, then click “REMOVE”.

To change the quantity of items, click “MY CART”, then change the number in the drop down menu under the "QUANTITY".

When finished shopping click “CHECK OUT”.

 

There are 2 ways to check out.

If you have an account, sign in by clicking “MEMBERSHIP”.

Or you may choose to “BECOME A MEMBER”.

Becoming a member makes checking out a breeze in the future. You will be the first to know about special promotions, new products and exclusive offers.

Or select “CHECKOUT AS GUEST”.

 

•Order Confirmation Email

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is your receipt and should be printed for your records.

 

•Shipping Address

Make sure to provide exact information including city, state, and zip code. Please fully spell out the destination city. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos cause shipping errors. We only ship to US addresses.

 

•Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on most orders $50 and up. For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will apply per shipment. We do not ship to PO, APO or FPO addresses.

Drop shipments direct from the manufacturer will have shipping fees. Please be sure to note the amount in the item description.

 

Delivery dates

You can expect delivery 3 to 8 days after placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items leave our warehouse.

If you choose to ship to your hotel, please make the delivery window is within your stay.

 

•Sales Tax

DFASS may collect sales and use tax in connection with the purchase and sale of any products. Please click here for more information.

 

•Tracking Order

You will receive an email when your order ships including the tracking number and link to the USPS site.

 

•Modifying Order

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the new and unused product to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Contact customer service for details.

•Refund

Credit Card:

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s).
